CNG Tube Skid
High-pressure gas transport semi-trailer cover two types of gas cylinders: large-volume seamless steel cylinders (Type I) and large-volume carbon fiber wrapped cylinders (Type II). With product quality reaching internationally leading levels, they ensure both safety and economy in transportation. These vehicles are not only suitable for CNG transportation but are also widely used for the transport of various gases such as high-pressure hydrogen, oxygen, and helium. The products comply with ISO 668 international container standard dimensions and have obtained certifications including DOT, KGS, TC, ABS, BV, and TPED. They are mainly applied in industries such as aerospace, nuclear power, and electronics.
CNG Storage
To meet the needs of different regions and usage scenarios, we offer customized cylinder configurations and piping design solutions to comprehensively satisfy the diverse requirements of our customers. The storage cylinder banks utilize lightweight ISO 11120 cylinders as gas packaging containers. Specific anti-sulfide stress corrosion tests have been conducted for the CNG medium to verify the adaptability and reliability of the high-strength materials under actual operating conditions.
CNG Refueling Station
CNG Refueling Station (Including: CNG Standard Station, CNG Mother Station, CNG Daughter Station)
CNG Standard Station:It directly extracts gas from urban medium-pressure natural gas pipelines. After desulfurization, dehydration and compression, natural gas is stored in cylinder groups and supplied to CNG vehicles via dispensers.
Core equipment includes pressure regulating & metering skid, dehydration skid, natural gas compressors, gas storage cylinder groups and station control system.
CNG Mother Station: Constructed adjacent to natural gas pipelines or gate stations. It receives pipeline natural gas, then conducts purification, dehydration and compression to fill CNG tube trailers for gas transportation to daughter stations.
Core equipment includes pressure regulating & metering skid, dehydration skid, mother station compressors, filling columns and station control system (gas storage cylinder groups and dispensers are optional.
CNG Daughter Station: A refueling facility that adopts CNG tube trailers as gas sources to provide refueling service for CNG vehicles.
Core equipment includes CNG tube trailers, daughter station compressors, unloading columns, gas storage cylinder groups, dispensers and station control system.
LNG Semi-Trailer
LNG semi-trailer utilizes core technologies such as high-vacuum multi-layer insulation and vacuum acquisition. The design structure is mature and stable, offering excellent insulation performance and long vacuum life. The construction specifications for the tank vehicles comply with international standards including ASME VIII-1, ADR, EN 13530, and NB/T47058. They feature significant advantages such as large volume, light self-weight, and low transportation costs.
LNG Filling Station
Special facility for supplying liquefied natural gas fuel to LNG vehicles. Core equipment includes LNG storage tanks, cryogenic pump skids, LNG dispensers, tank vaporizers, unloading vaporizers, EAG heaters and station control system.
L-CNG Filling Station
The facility vaporizes LNG on-site into CNG to provide refueling service for CNG vehicles, integrating LNG storage and CNG refueling functions organically. Core equipment includes LNG storage tanks, tank pressurization skids, unloading pressurization skids, high-pressure plunger pump skids, high-pressure vaporizer skids, water bath reheaters, sequence control panels, gas storage cylinder groups, CNG dispensers, EAG heaters and station control system.
