CNG Refueling Station

CNG Refueling Station (Including: CNG Standard Station, CNG Mother Station, CNG Daughter Station)


CNG Standard Station:It directly extracts gas from urban medium-pressure natural gas pipelines. After desulfurization, dehydration and compression, natural gas is stored in cylinder groups and supplied to CNG vehicles via dispensers.

Core equipment includes pressure regulating & metering skid, dehydration skid, natural gas compressors, gas storage cylinder groups and station control system.


CNG Mother Station: Constructed adjacent to natural gas pipelines or gate stations. It receives pipeline natural gas, then conducts purification, dehydration and compression to fill CNG tube trailers for gas transportation to daughter stations.

Core equipment includes pressure regulating & metering skid, dehydration skid, mother station compressors, filling columns and station control system (gas storage cylinder groups and dispensers are optional.


CNG Daughter Station: A refueling facility that adopts CNG tube trailers as gas sources to provide refueling service for CNG vehicles.

Core equipment includes CNG tube trailers, daughter station compressors, unloading columns, gas storage cylinder groups, dispensers and station control system.

CNG Standard Station


Features:

① Stable and reliable gas supply supported directly by pipeline network;

② Standardized equipment configuration.


Main Parameter Specifications:

Compressor inlet pressure: 1~3 MPa

Compressor discharge pressure: 25 MPa

Refueling capacity: 500~2000 Nm³/h

Total volume of gas storage facilities: 3~30 m³

Normally equipped with 2~4 dual-nozzle dispensers


Application  Scenarios:Areas covered by natural gas pipelines; locations with concentrated CNG vehicle refueling demand inside cities.



CNG Mother Station

Features:

① Large-scale integrated gas supply facility integrating gas receiving, purification, dehydration, compression, storage and transshipment;

② Capable of direct refueling for CNG vehicles simultaneously;

③ One mother station can serve 4~6 surrounding daughter stations.


Main Parameter Specifications:

Mother station inlet pressure: 1.5~10 MPa

Compressor outlet pressure: 25 MPa

Compressor displacement: 1000~4000 Nm³/h (multiple units available according to overall station design capacity)

Filling column flow rate: 3~70 Kg/min (multiple units configurable on demand)


Application  Scenarios:Peripheral urban areas close to natural gas sources or gate stations; core gas supply nodes of regional CNG supply networks.



CNG Daughter Station

Features: 

① No connection to natural gas pipeline network, free from restrictions of pipeline gas supply;

② Mechanical piston compressor features large flow rate, stable and reliable operation;

③ Hydraulic-driven compressor with dual-system design: dual-system operation during peak hours and single-system operation during off-peak hours;

④ Customizable as integrated all-in-one MRU skid or standard fixed station as required.

Compressor inlet pressure: 3~25 MPa

Compressor discharge pressure: 25 MPa

Refueling pressure: 20 MPa

Gas supply capacity: 500~2400 Nm³/h

Total volume of gas storage facilities: 3~30 m³

Normally equipped with 2~4 dual-nozzle dispensers

Gas recovery rate ≥ 90% 


Application  Scenarios:Areas where pipeline laying is difficult or uneconomical; Peripheral areas of central urban districts with heavy vehicle flow; Township industrial zones without natural gas pipelines.
