During manufacturing, strict cleaning and evacuation processes are implemented to thoroughly remove outgassing media from the interlayer. The leakage and outgassing rate indicators far exceed standard values, ensuring long-term vacuum retention. The gas cylinder adopts a design structure with minimal thermal bridge area and a long heat transfer path, resulting in low thermal conductivity. The static evaporation rate is maintained below 1.8%/d, demonstrating excellent thermal insulation performance.
