CIMC’s subsidiary, Shijiazhuang Enric Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shijiazhuang Enric"), has been awarded the "National May 1st Labor Award." Shijiazhuang Enric is a core base for CIMC’s hydrogen energy storage and natural gas equipment and a global technology leader in the field of high-pressure storage and transportation equipment. Over the years, Shijiazhuang Enric has adhered to technology-led, innovation-driven development, successfully developing China’s first large-volume seamless steel gas cylinder, known as the "First Cylinder of China," which filled a domestic gap and broke foreign monopolies. The company has since continued to achieve breakthroughs in key technologies in areas such as hydrogen energy storage and transportation, specialty gas storage and transportation, and carbon dioxide energy storage, building a high-end equipment system to support national energy security and the "dual carbon" strategy.
Additionally, Shijiazhuang Enric has established a Hebei Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, holds over 170 authorized patents, and has led or participated in the formulation of more than 20 national and industry standards. In the past five years, the company has been recognized as a National-Level "Little Giant" Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprise, a National-Level Green Factory, and received the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Hebei Province. In 2024, it was also honored with the Fifth Shijiazhuang Municipal Government Quality Award.
